RANCHO GLENS is a small gated community of semi-custom homes on the east side of Carmel Valley and off of Highway 56.   The Rancho Glens development features 30 detached homes that were built from 1992 - 2,000.  The homes offer 4 to 6 bedrooms and have 3 to 5 bathrooms with approximately 4,500 to 6,175 square feet, are single level and all beautifully designed on 1 acre+ lots.

There are HOA dues for Rancho Glens but no Mello-Roos.  The HOA dues cover the common area maintenance in this gated community.  The HOA is currently managed by Stratus Management (619) 233-0553.  The street name for properties in Rancho Glens is Caminito Mendiola.
