The much anticipated opening of the Carmel Valley Skatepark in San Diego is scheduled for November 22^nd.  The Skatepark is located near the intersection of El Camino Real and Townsgate Drive and next to the Carmel Valley Northwestern Division Police Station.  The 33,000 square foot facility is scheduled to include a three-part "bowl" area, ramps, steps and other surfaces to suit both beginning and experienced skaters.  The park will also include shaded areas, restrooms, observation areas and lights.
